Tim Radbourne
For 3 days now, Sync is endlessly recopying every file like this creamdoors.jpg.bts creamdoors.jpg (was already in the folder) Even though the exact same files are already in the destination folder with the exact same date and time. Initially, to connect the folders, I used this method where devices have different identities: http://help.getsync.com/hc/en-us/articles/205506569-Can-I-connect-two-pre-populated-folders- -> Add the folder from Computer 1. While adding the folder, change the path to the folder containing the files (instead of creating a copy of the folder from Computer 1). This is about 150GB / 30,000 files being synced to another computer across the world using BT Sync for Linux on unRaid.
Tim Radbourne
After 4 days, the folders are now synced up, except that the some test files I created in the source folder never arrived in the destination folder. The Source folder shows these files being added during the sync The destination shows the sync finishing, but these files never arrived. How can we track where the problem might be?? Remirus
Tim Radbourne, do you have 2.3.7 version on both peers? I remember that 2.0.128 contains a bug with *.bts files. But the current version shouldn't have it. You can send us logs from both peers and we'll see what could be wrong.
